This is a really important charity close to our hearts knowing and seeing people impacted my Mitochondrial Disease. The Lily foundation are an amazing charity that we have the pleasure to partner.

The Lily Foundation funds research into Mitochondrial Disease and other metabolic disorders. It also raises important awareness and supports those families who are affected by mitochondrial disease.

Mitochondrial disease affects the powerhouse battery of cells. Cells cannot function properly without healthy mitochondria, so when they fail the consequences can be serious and wide-ranging. There is currently no treatment or cure for this disease and many children across the country are life limited due to Mitochondrial disease.
