Runners will take on the rugged terrain of this hidden forest. With a variety of long downhills and straight runs, you’ll get into a strong constant tempo that will push you to the finish line. You will recieve a medal, tshirt, and timing chip.

Story

My brother died on my birthday last year, John was only 48 and had battled non-small cell lung cancer for over 7 years, defying the odds for so long as a fit and healthy runner and cyclist. Lung cancer is such a dreadful disease, and more research is needed.

To see my brother suffer in such pain at the end of his life was horrific. He left behind two beautiful twins who were not yet at secondary school and my devastated Sister-in-law. Please just sponsor what you can afford, and help if you can.

Smash Sherwood is brought to you by Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, a charity commited to helping everyone affected by lung cancer.
