Story

Chloe was just 13 years old when she died of Sepsis on 29th November 2022. She was the kindest soul, full of love and boundless fun. Her death has left a huge void in the lives of all those lucky enough to have known her.

She easily was the very Best Of Us ❤️❤️❤️

There is still so much vital work in raising awareness & educting health care professionals to prevent thousands of unnecessary deaths and suffering.
