Tackling the 3 Peaks Challenge to Support (WISHH Charity) supporting ward 100 at Hull Royal and Maxillofacial at Castle Hill
We're taking on the challenge of climbing the 3 peaks over 3 days: starting with Ben Nevis, then Scafell Pike, and finishing with Snowdon.
We're amateur hikers, having only started our hiking journey last year.
Last August, we attempted to summit Scafell Pike, but unfortunately, the weather turned near the top, bringing strong winds and heavy rain!
Let’s hope the weather cooperates this time around!
We’re walking in memory of Jason’s grandad, Stanley Sainsbury, who sadly lost his battle with cancer. Hull Royal Hospital provided him with exceptional care during his time there.
We're also walking in support of Louise’s grandad, Trevor Mumby Snr., who has been bravely battling cancer since 2012. Castle Hill has supported him throughout his journey, with dedicated consultants and nurses providing care every step of the way.
Any donation you can offer will be greatly appreciated in the fight against cancer.
Your generosity helps support patients and their families, while also honouring those we’ve lost.
We’re determined to complete the challenge and make it through all 3 days!
