Story

I'm taking on four running challenges to raise funds in aid of CALM:

3rd September 2023 - The Big Half

24th September 2023 - Vitality 10k

8th October 2023 - The Royal Parks Half

7th April 2024 - The Brighton Marathon

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.

£8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.

Anyone can feel suicidal. CALM stand together with everyone who's struggling with life, no matter who they are, where they're from or what they're going through.

Working in the funeral profession has brought this cause extremely close to my heart.

There is always hope, there is always a reason for living.
