After receiving a diagnosis of Mitochondrial Disease after years of fighting to find out answers for Jayden, we were shocked and felt alone. Then we found The Lily Foundation.

We felt we had somewhere to belong and be supported and we want to help to fund raise to give something back to diagnosis, support, raise awareness and ultimately help the lily foundation with the goal of finding a cure.

Mitochondrial disease is a deteriorating condition and has no cure and has very few treatments. I need to change this for Jayden and all those affected.

Every step of the way I will be thinking of Jayden who couldn’t run a mile due to extreme fatigue, pain and many other problems this cruel disease has caused - this is for him, this is for hope this is for everyones future!
