I am Andy, Jayden’s Grandad

Jayden has not had an easy time and Louise, my daughter has fought tooth and nail to get him help and support!

After receiving a diagnosis of Mitochondrial Disease after years of fighting to find out answers for Jayden, we were all devastated.

Louise found The Lily Foundation.

She felt they had somewhere to belong and be supported and they want to help to fund raise to give something back to diagnosis, support, raise awareness and ultimately help the lily foundation with the goal of finding a cure.

I want to help as I feel I haven’t done anything up to now and I want to help Jayden and all those affect so I will be challenging myself to do 100 miles in March

Mitochondrial disease has no cure and has very few treatments. I also want to change this for Jayden and all those affected.
