5 amazing Shenstone ladies are raising money in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice.

Louise Skidmore, Charlotte Trueman, Lisa Finnikin, Rebecca Barry and Julia Smith are undertaking a series of fundraising activities which will culminate in a trek along the Great Walk of China in May 2025!

This huge challenge across one of the Great Wonders of the World will visit remote sections, from Gubeikou to Jinshanling and Simatai. The team will be trekking the wall itself, but also hiking through the wild and remote landscapes of rural China.

Acorns, a Midlands based charity, relies heavily on donations to fund it's care. Two thirds (67%) of their income comes from voluntary donations and the sale of pre-loved items in their charity shops.
