We have recently lost an incredible friend to cancer and are attempting to challenge ourselves to the same degree she would have done . To see someone so fit and healthy lose the battle so quickly is heartbreaking. This is for Sally and all the inspiration, fitness fun, lake swims, cycle rides and warm hugs she gave to us all. What a truly incredible woman who lived her life to the full every single day .

This is also for all those other special people we’ve lost to this awful disease , whose lives were cut short, and for those currently battling it. May your battle be won and may cures continue to be found and improved .
