Loulou’s fundraiser for Crohn’s & Colitis UK

My sister BECKY, the warrior!
Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. And the real number could be almost double that. My sister Becky is one of those people having been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in her teenage years.
Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases, thousands of people are suffering in silence. She has been in and out of hospital more times than any of us probably ever will be and has almost lost part of her intestine twice when it seemed nothing else could be done.
She has been in remission for a few years now but the fear that it may come back will always be lurking in the background. This has led to her never giving up on her dreams, being a very determined human and always being resilient and resourceful.
Crohns and colitis Uk are working to improve diagnosis and treatment, and to fund research into a cure; to raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives. So please help me to help them by supporting my fundraising journey!
