On the 19th June I will be cycling 104 miles from West Park in Wolverhampton to Aberdovey.

This ride is not just about the miles or the physical challenge; it’s about honouring and supporting Compton Care, a cause very close to my heart.

Compton Care has been a pillar of support for friends and family loved and lost. They provide exceptional care and support for those living with complex and incurable conditions, ensuring they live their best life possible. Their work is invaluable and deeply personal to many of us.

On Friday 19th June , I will embark on this 104-mile journey, and would be extremely grateful for your support. Every donation, big or small, will make a significant difference in the lives of those Compton Care supports. Your contributions will go directly towards providing compassionate care, support services, and making a real impact on the lives of patients and their families.
