Just giving ❤️

After a traumatic couple of years I feel it’s time to Be and Do something really positive and raise awareness and hopefully some just giving funds for Alzheimer’s Disease

It is specifically a progressive, neurodegenerative disease, which means it causes a gradual decline in brain function over time.

Sadly I lost my Dad far too early to this disease 1997,, he was 57, Grandparents ,Uncles and now my precious Mum had her diagnosis confirmed in 2024

I love my running and I’m hoping to match my miles to Pounds £££ and more if possible.

So far I’ve ran 1453 Miles this year since 1st January 25

And aim to do many more before end of December (target 1500)
