Story
This year’s 2026 Sikh Charity Bike Ride will be held in loving memory of Thilak Raj Singh.
A little background to how it all began…
Back in 2014, Thilak Raj met Giani Sukha Singh Ji and shared his wish to raise money for the Sikh Charity Helpline. It was Thilak Raj who suggested organising a charity bike ride, and from that simple idea, an incredible annual event was born. Year after year, the bike ride has grown bigger and stronger, bringing our community together while raising vital funds for an amazing cause.
Thilak Raj was someone who never shied away from seva. He was always willing to help wherever he could, always wearing a smile, and always putting others before himself. His kindness, generosity and infectious energy touched the lives of so many people, and his legacy continues to inspire us all.
This year, we would love to make the bike ride the biggest and most successful one yet in his honour.
Please help us spread the word by sharing this with your family, friends and the wider community. Together, let’s come together in the true spirit of seva, celebrate Thilak Raj’s legacy, and aim to raise more money than we ever have before for this incredible cause.
Let’s ride together. Let’s remember together. Let’s make a difference together.

The Sikh Helpline Charity Bike Ride is an annual event that helps us to raise awareness of issues facing the community as well as the assistance that we can offer. It is also an important opportunity for us to raise much-needed funds to operate all our programmes.
