Myself and Emily have signed ourselves up to run the Nos Galan to raise some much needed funds for Cynon Valley PALS. I am the chairperson of the charity and have watched so many fantastic people do their bit to raise money for us, I’ve decided it’s about time I gave a little bit back too! On a personal note my family have benefited from the support that Cynon Valley PALS gives its members for many years, with my younger brother Ieuan having severe autism. Emily has worked with children with disabilities for a number of years and is passionate about the messages of the charity, and helping to support!
