I'm fundraising for a charity very close to my heart, the Fluency Trust. The courses run by this charity have had a huge impact on the lives of pupils, whom I have worked with, who have a stammer.

Ironman Copenhagen is my biggest challenge yet and it epitomizes the ethos of the highly specialist residential courses for pupils who stammer, run by this charity - 'feel the fear and do it anyway!'

The Fluency Trust is a registered charity, who work in partnership with Swindon Borough Council to run highly specialist residential courses for young people who stammer.

The courses are unique in combining intensive speech therapy with outdoor pursuits and led to the development of the award-winning Swindon Packs.

The combination of challenging activities and intensive therapy is highly effective in developing confidence and the ability to manage stammering positively.
