On 21st July two teams of Latchmere parents and teachers will be dragon boat racing on the Thames in Kingston.

We are all excited about racing for Latchmere School and building on the success of last year. For the glory of a win but even more importantly raising money for the school.

We will 'Paddle for the Playground', raising money to inject new life into the playgrounds at school with new equipment and replacing water logged playground areas with new, eco friendly and sustainable surfaces. your sponsorship will go towards making a difference to the recreational time (including movement breaks for those who need it to support their learning) of 800 pupils. State school funding in the UK does not stretch so far for 'extras' which is why schools rely so heavily on PTA support, and in making the small differences for the children's experiences at school.

The fund your sponsorship will help us raise as a parents' association are key, and we hope you’ll help us beat our target.!
