In 4 weeks, on Dec 14th I will be taking part in my first ever Boxing event. It is with the same organisation as my MMA one 7 years ago. I'm on my 4th week of training this week. Absolutely loving it so far but man they hold nothing back on pushing us! Haha.

We get to choose our Charity this time, I believe last time it was for Cancer Research and you all helped me raise a whopping £250 for them. The minimum for now is £50 which I do need to raise this week so whatever you can donate will be amazing ❤️. This time I've chosen ADHD Aware. As some of you know I was diagnosed last year at 27 years old with ADHD - Combined type. On the back of such a late diagnosis meaning only now am I starting to understand myself a whole lot more easily and the fact there are people much worse off than me in that they don't get diagnosed until 40/50/60's I think it's obvious to see more awareness is needed on understanding it as a whole. Big up NeuroDiversity 🤙🏻🫶🏻 and all the NeuroTypicals out there doing their best to understand us so we can all understand each other better and grow together 🩵.
