Our employees have voted Mind as our headline charity for the 2024/25 financial year. Throughout the year, we will be hosting a number of fundraising events and activities.

Who are Mind?

Mind are a national mental health charity who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They also actively campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

In addition to their national presence, there's more than 100 local Minds across England and Wales. These entities offer specialised support and care based on the needs of their communities.

Help support Mind!

Your donation could help fund much-needed mental health support. In 2022-23 alone, Mind’s answered over 130,000 queries via their support and information helplines and their mental health information was accessed over 23 million times.

Mind uses 83p from every £1 donated to support people with mental health problems.

- £8 could help them answer an enquiry via their Infoline.

- £20 could enable them to produce 167 mental health booklets.

- £50 could help them keep their Side by Side support community open for another hour.
