November days in the UK are short, dark 🌑, wet 🌧️, windy 💨 🍂 and generally miserable 🌪️. Also, we've just switched to the really cosy 9.5 tog duvet 😴🛌 so getting out and running 100km over the month will be a nightmare to be honest 🤣.

Every penny 🪙 donated will go directly towards supporting Latchmere Schools Parents Association (LSPA) https://www.pta-events.co.uk/lspa/ and thanks to my wonderfully generous employer, bp, every donation, up to a whopping £3000, will be matched 💵!
