Dance Floor Heroes 2026 is bringing everyday people like me to the iconic Empress Ballroom for a once-in-a-lifetime dance challenge — all in aid of Tia’s Crown (Therapy in Action). I’ll be paired with a professional dance partner and pushed through an intense training journey, building up to a glittering final judged by dancers from Strictly. This event is about courage, commitment, and community — proving that you don’t need to be famous to be brave enough to step onto the dance floor. I can’t wait to get my sparkle on, give it everything I’ve got, and raise vital funds to help change lives through therapy. 💃✨
