On 3rd March 2024 I will be running 10 kilometres to raise money for Doctor’s Without Borders! Any donation you can give to help the cause would be greatly appreciated :)
£3 buys 312 ibuprofen tablets to provide pain relief.
£10 provides vaccination against measles for 21 children.
£15 buys enough ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) to treat 2 severely malnourished children.
£20 affords Hepatitis B vaccination for 62 people.
£30 provides clean linen and gowns for 2 surgical operations and help prevent the spread of infection.
£45 could cover the cost of putting a doctor in a crisis field for a day.
£65 buys a foldable stretcher to quickly and safely remove an injured person from danger.
£73 could treat up to 130 people with malaria.
£95 provides a year’s supply of anti-retroviral drugs for 1 person.
£97 could pay for crutches for 4 patients with leg injuries.
£188 buys a basic surgical kit to enable an MSF surgeon to carry out surgery in a crisis zone.
