Story
Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall supported my family through the most difficult time of our lives when we lost my lovely mum, Sue Addison. Mum spent her last days at Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall and the care they offered all of us there was incredible. They made mum comfortable for the first time in weeks, which meant we were able to enjoy some last moments with her. They looked after us as much as they did mum, putting up beds so we could stay with her 24/7, offering support, quiet places to reflect and offered us counselling after mums passing. Its the one club you dont want to belong to, but if you have to, they're the ones to do it with. I am so grateful for everything they did for us there.
So despite having never been on stage, and my singing audience before now being restricted to my two lovely littles ones, after weeks of rehearsals, I'll be singing in concert with the rest of the Sing for Life 2023 Project Choir on 10th November. Hoping to raise money for Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall in support of the wonderful work they continue to do. Thank you Sue Ryder!! And thank you in advance for any support you can give in my quest.
Show your support for the Sing for Life 2023 Project Choir as we rehearse over nine weeks towards a spectacular charity event in aid of Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice on Friday 10th November, when we will perform live on stage at The Cresset in front of a huge audience of family, friends and supporters.
We're trying to raise as much money as we can for this important charity, so please donate if you are able to (and if you can, come along and support us on the big day!)
