The RSPCA is a wonderful charity that is dear to my heart. I've had a couple of kittens from them in the past and they do a brilliant job saving vulnerable animals and looking after them until they find their forever homes.

What can I do? I'm not a marathon runner, or massive baked bean eater - but I can shave my hair off. Being creative and thinking about one thing I can do.
