In April 2026, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Refuge.

This charity is particularly close to my heart and I’d like the opportunity to give something back.

1 in 4 women will suffer domestic abuse in their lifetime. Abuse against women occurs across every social, economic, ethnic and age group.

I run for all the women who are feeling lost, trapped and don’t recognise themselves anymore.
