Hello all you wonderful friends and family

Inspired by the incredible Jasmin Paris and also keen to round up numbers, for my 30th Marathon I am taking part in the Jurassic Coast Challenge to raise funds for MSF.

As a nurse the atrocities, conflicts and disasters across our globe make me compelled to do something to help. MSF do truly exceptional humanitarian work in unstable conditions helping those in desperate need of medical help.

- £95 could provide antiretroviral drugs for a year for one person living with HIV/AIDS.

- £306 can pay for an emergency kit to dress 100 wounds.
