🏃‍♀️ I'm taking on the Great Eastern Run on 11th October to raise awareness and funds for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH).

Peterborough is a community close to my heart, and this run is about much more than a personal challenge. It's an opportunity to champion EACH's commitment to ensuring every child, young person and family can access the care and support they need, when they need it.

The organisation launched its new care strategy earlier this year, setting out how it plans to grow and transform services to support more families.

It is underpinned by seven key commitments, and one of them is ‘We will be inclusive’. This means welcoming every child, young person and family who needs support, making sure no-one is left out.

Peterborough is a key focus, given its diversity and the wide range of communities that call the city home.

Whether that's specialist hospice care, bereavement support, support for siblings or help during times of transition, we want families to know they are not alone.
