Another year, another challenge. This one, my biggest challenge yet. After having said there’s no way I would run more than a half marathon after an excruciating 13 miles across the Denbie’s Wine Estate in May - here I am, all signed up to the TCS London Marathon on Sunday 26th April.

I’m running to raise money and awareness for St John Ambulance. Without this fantastic charity and the important first aid work that they do, it’s safe to say that my youngest son Albie wouldn’t be with us today.

If you don’t know CPR, please be proactive and take a course to learn it. You may think you’ll never need it or that it won’t happen to you, but it just might…and it could save a (very precious) life, and the lives of those that love them the most.
