As a lot of you will know back in 2019 we lost my mum to a long 9 year battle with breast cancer. Throughout this time the Ayrshire Hospice gave our family the most amazing support to make such a difficult time that bit easier.

Then earlier this year my dad was diagnosed and since has been going through chemotherapy and immotherapy. 

This has given me the kick up the bum to do another fundraiser for the Ayrshire Hospice.

So this time round I have signed up to complete a triathlon in August (definitely the most challenging one yet). This will consist of a 1.5km sea swim, 41km cycle and lastly a 10km run.

It will take a lot of dedication and training but will be so worth it to raise money so such an amazing charity. Please donate anything you can via my just giving link, anything would be massively appreciated!
