I'm running the Brighton half marathon on March 2nd and raising money for RISE.

RISE help those affected by domestic abuse and work alongside survivors by giving practical support to help them rebuild safer lives.

RISE is a Brighton based domestic violence and abuse charity that has worked for 26 years to end all forms of violence and abuse against women, their families and those identifying as LGBTQ+. RISE stands for Refuge, Information, Support and Education; their strategic mission is: freedom from abuse and violence.
