Most of you know that I lost my husband Paul to Oesophageal cancer last year after a short and very brutal illness. He was a really good footballer in his youth ( and an enthusiastic one out of it 😂) and very supportive of our 2 youngest daughters football club Deerness, Paul supported the team and regularly helped the coaching staff. The club hosted a charity match in his name last year and hope it will be a yearly event in his memory and want to raise some funds for some great charities , so will be doing it all again on 28th June 2025 at 10 am at Framwellgate School Durham.
