I'm fundraising for Leeds Children's Transplant team because...last year my son had the honour of attending the British Transplant Games as part of team Leeds Children’s Hospital Transplant Team.

In his short life he’s battled more than most families collectively, and done it all with a smile on his face and courage in his heart.

We have the opportunity to take him again this year to meet more children like him, more families like ours, and grow amongst the inspirational transplant community that made us feel so welcome.
