Story
Nic and I are taking on the Thames Path Challenge for Mosaic Clubhouse to support mental health recovery.
We will be walking 28K from Putney to Hampton Court. It may not seem far but it will be a real challenge to us. I am dreading it but know that every penny we raise will make a direct difference to someone going through a really hard time mentally. I have seen Mosaic be there when no one else has been. The charity brings joy, hope and gives people their mojo back.
We all know how much people need that.
Please support us to just get off the sofa and just do it.
A bit about Mosaic...
Mosaic Clubhouse is an award-winning charity based in Brixton that has been successfully supporting people with their mental health recovery for over 30 years. Each year, they empower more than 400 Lambeth residents aged 16 and over who have some type of mental health diagnosis, to regain confidence, develop skills, and lead fulfilling lives through education, employment, and community engagement.
What makes Mosaic Clubhouse truly special is their uniquely effective model of rehabilitation, co-production, voluntary participation and peer support. Members and staff work side by side to run the clubhouse, share responsibilities, and support one another. This collaboration is at the heart of everything they do. They create a community that fosters recovery, resilience, and hope. It is this partnership that transforms lives.
By supporting us, you are helping to transform lives in Lambeth.
