Mind in Rushden deliver much-needed mental health services to our local community.

By raising funds for them we am helping to ensure that they can continue supporting those who find themselves struggling with their mental health.

We are taking part in this fantastic challenge- 10 weeks of Judo training- from complete beginner to Judo Competitor for the night!!

Come along and support me and our amazing contestants on Fight Night, Saturday 6th December- an evening of fun, food, drinks and support for an amazing charity, that has helped so many!!! And an opportunity for our White Collar Contestants to show what they have trained so hard for!
