Story
After suddenly becoming poorly whilst in London at the end of 2022, I was taken to King’s College Hospital where they found I had a severe kidney infection and about to turn septic.
Further tests showed that my right kidney had failed and I was told I needed it removed.
In February 2023, I had the surgery to remove my right kidney.
I discuss more about my journey in this article:

I am not a runner, and I have never run further than 5k… but I’ve started training and really looking forward to this challenge.
