Story
I grew up in the same village as Alex and when we found out he had bone cancer it was a huge shock to everyone.
Alex was one of the warmest, kindest and most positive people I've met. I was younger than Alex but he was always so friendly to me.
Despite having cancer, he never stopped putting others first and was such an incredible role model. Alex's life was cut short at the age of 22 and he will always be missed.
I am truly honoured to be running the London Marathon to raise funds for Bone Cancer Research Trust, in support of the Alex Lewis Memorial Fund.
I would be hugely grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small. Thank you so much for your support.
