We're running this race in memory of our friend Liam, who sadly passed away last year after a one-punch attack. Losing him has shown us how devastating the impact of one moment of violence can be, not only for him but for all his loved ones.

I want to raise awareness of the consequences of one-punch violence and support One Punch UK in the important work they do to educate others, prevent future losses, and help families affected by similar loss.
