As I lace up my running shoes and prepare for The Norfolk Marathon 2024, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible work of the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA). This 365-day-a-year helicopter emergency medical service covers Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk, delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air to seriously ill or injured people in the region.

The EAAA is a lifeline for our community, but they do not receive regular direct government funding. That's why I am stepping up to raise funds for this vital cause. My goal is to raise £250 to support their life-saving missions. Every pound counts and will make a difference in the lives of those in need.

I am inspired by the dedication of the EAAA team and their unwavering commitment to saving lives. They rely solely on charitable donations, and it is thanks to peoples incredible support that they are able to stay airborne. Together, we can ensure that this essential service continues to be there for our community when it matters most.
