Story
I’m about to face a rather scary challenge—walking barefoot across a bed of glowing embers. I’m pretty terrified but hoping self belief and focus will get me through.
This firewalk is to support Aid Box Community, an incredible charity that works tirelessly to help asylum seekers and refugees in Bristol. Their mission resonates deeply with me because they are creating a safe and inclusive community—one that extends care and compassion when the world feels full of violence and division. The work they do changes lives, offering vital support to those who need it most and I’m proud to be a trustee.
This challenge isn’t just about taking a step across hot coals—it’s about taking a stand for a cause that truly matters.
