Having had to pull out back in 2020 due to needing surgery this has extra special meaning for me to be able to take part & raise money for such a great cause.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change.
