This coming May Bank Holiday weekend, my teammate and I will be taking on the challenge of HYROX Mixed Doubles at London Olympia.

This event will be my first doubles Hyrox and only my second ever. Hopefully completing my first solo open at the end of March 2025. My team mate and I have chosen to dedicate this race to support the Macmillan Cancer Charity. Cancer is something that is close to most of us with 2 in 3 people having cancer at some point in their life time. It is a devastating to family and Macmillian support and cancer research are doing incredible work

we are aiming for a time under 1 hour 15 minutes and pushing ourselves to support this cause
