Story

This year I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Wellbeing of Women, a charity that means a great deal to me.

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my late 20’s, and it’s something that continues to impact my life every single day. Over the years I’ve had multiple surgeries and have faced the ongoing challenge of managing a condition that is often misunderstood and under-researched. Like so many women living with endometriosis, it’s been a long and sometimes difficult journey.

Running this half marathon is a big personal challenge for me, but it’s also my way of turning that experience into something positive. Through healthy eating and exercise I’ve found ways to manage my symptoms, but many women are still waiting years for diagnosis, treatment, and proper support.

That’s why the work of Wellbeing of Women is so important. They fund vital research, improve education around women’s health, and push for better care for women affected by conditions like endometriosis.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would mean so much. Your support will help fund research, raise awareness, and improve the lives of women who are still struggling to get the care they need.

Thank you so much for helping me make a difference.
