For me personally I want to push through the fear of being in a dark uncomfortable place and feeling alone (that is the English Channel at 2am). So many of our comrades feel this for other reasons and I want to take this opportunity to build awareness of such a good charity that helps to rebuild the lives of others who may find themselves in a place of darkness.
