Mark and I are taking on Hike For A Cure - Jurassic Coast, for Alzheimer’s Research UK, the wonderful charity I work for!

It is an epic 18 mile hike along the world famous costal path in Dorset. We are joining an amazing community of like-minded walkers putting one step forward for look dementia research.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. Together we will revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia. With your support, we will keep going until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia. We exist for a cure!

A personal objective is for me to prove I can do this! As you might know I was involved in a terrible car accident in 2017. I broke my leg in two places and my leg is now stuck together with metal! I was on crutches for four months and the doctor said I would walk with a limp and not be able to do high-impact exercise!! Well I showed them! I am determined to do the 18 mile hike for the amazing charity I work for!
