I am taking on this challenge in memory of my lovely mum who passed away in October 2025 after a battle with cancer. She spent her last few days at the North Devon Hospice, where she received amazing care and we are so grateful for this. I'd like to give something back and support the hospice by taking on this challenge and raising much needed funds

I am one of a dedicated team of serving and retired officers from North Devon embarking on an extraordinary journey to conquer the Ultra Mountain Challenge 16 Peaks on 22 June 2026. This personal marathon demands conquering the 16 highest peaks of Snowdonia, covering over 50km of rugged and exposed terrain—all within a single day. Starting at 3am and racing against time to finish before nightfall, this challenge tests the very limits of endurance, resilience, and determination—qualities that inspire us all.
