I am fundraising for The Listening Place (TLP), a cause close that is very close to a friend's heart. Through their connection to the charity, I have learnt of the incredible work that TLP does, providing free, face-to-face, ongoing support to individuals experiencing suicidal feelings. Their support is compassionate and effective, with visitors reporting a highly significant reduction in suicidal feelings after 3 and 6 months of support.

The importance of TLP's work cannot be overstated. In the UK, we lose someone to suicide every 75 minutes, making it the leading cause of death among men under 50 and all adults under 35.

One initiative I am particularly passionate about supporting is the Capital Appeal. This project aims to renovate a space in East London to provide three new appointment rooms, expanding their reach to individuals in need. Any donation towards this would be greatly appreciated!
