We have chosen to sign ourselves up to run the garrioch 5K in May to raise money for FoA, a charity very close to both our hearts following my lymphoma diagnosis 3 years ago and also Rachel' Dad Jim's Myeloma diagnosis. The support friends of anchor provide cancer and haematology patients is unbelievable and without the support from the public they simply couldn't do what they do. With the new anchor centre due to open in the near future, we hope our fundraising can play a small part in helping out.

We know times are tough, but if you can spare anything to this fab charity it would be so greatly appreciated.

Hopefully we see the finish line 🤣
