Myself and Lucy recently decided to take up running, we signed up to a C25K local running club and from not being able to run for more than a few minutes the first few weeks..... 12 weeks later we are now fully graduated 5kers!! We are so proud that we have got this far and to challenge ourselves we are taking on RBLI's Rudolph Fun Run and fundraising for a cause truly close to our hearts! With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide lifelong care and support veterans from every service and conflict, their families, and those with disabilities.

A few pounds can quickly mount up and help fund things like PTSD treatment for a person in need, a day out for an elderly veteran, a helpline for vulnerable people, a safe roof overhead, access to work and support getting back to civvie street.
