On October 11th 2026 I have set myself the challenge to run my first ever marathon to raise funds for Tina’s Trust.

Tina was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) in 2023 and sadly died at the age of just 49. Tina’s Trust was set up in her memory to provide small grants to people living with FTD and those who care for them at home. Any donations big or small will make such a huge impact to the lives of the people faced with this disease as well as their families.

Tina was a huge role model for me growing up and I have made so many treasured happy memories with her, even after she was diagnosed with this tragic illness. I hope to raise money to give other people with FTD the chance to make lasting memories with their loved ones. I can’t think of a better charity to run for and hope I can make Tina proud 💛
