This year I will running another Ultramarathon this time taking part in Rat Races 15th edition of The wall.This is a 70 mile plus run from Carlisle to Gateshead following Hadrians wall from one side of England to the other.

I’m hoping to collect as many donations as I can for the an amazing local Dorset organisation In Jolly Good Company.

In Jolly Good Company exists to help alleviate the physical and mental issues caused by loneliness and isolation. We are a dementia friendly organisation and work creatively with all ages to bring friendship, joy and a sense of community to older people living in Dorset.
