Story
In 2023 I set out to run the landmarks half-marathon - but life had other plans. I lost my dad suddenly in the January and my whole life changed.
The past two years have been the toughest of my life, through grief and mental health struggles, left me just trying to stay afloat.
So in 2026, I’m coming back not to just complete what I started, but to honour the journey it took to get me here.
I’m running for the Mental Health Foundation, because I know how dark the days can get and how crucial support is when the weight gets too heavy.
It’s a full circle moment for me, a tribute to my dad and a reminder that growth and healing are possible even in the darkest of times!
If you can donate it’s not just for me, it’s for anyone who has struggled or for those that are struggling.
We got this! Just gotta keep on moving 🫡
